Can you say 'That creeps me out!' in Japanese?

きもちわるい！(Kimochi warui!)

is  the best for it.  

Or you can say 'きもい！(Kimoi!)' in short!  

However,  'きもい!' is a word usually for young generation.  

If you like to be formal, 'きもちわるい！' is better for you.  

But if you like to be 'KAWAII!', 'えー! きもい～!' is the best for you.
