Food in the UK, US & Japan

I live in Japan and I love Japanese food.
Any type of food can be found in any country, but the US is most famous for its Burgers and Steaks, and the UK for its Fish and Chips. However, they have more than that.
Because of the UK's immigrants, there are more Indian and Turkish (or Kebab) restaurants appearing, and very popular. US, similar to their immigrants, has great Mexican or Latin American food.
Both countries have a specific area for Chinese food, mostly labeled "China Town" and it's great.
However, you can have all kinds of food in Tokyo (such as these). Compared to other nationalities, it seems to me that the Japanese are more adventurous in what we eat.
