1.) Prepare the materials (Speech draft, Article, textbook, novel, etc..) that you want to speak.
2.) Send them to your IM (Instant Message) on Skype.
3.) You speak first and we follow your speaking. Then you repeat the speaking until your pronunciation gets close to us.
4.) You can let us say it again & again! It would be also OK for advisers to speak first! And you follow them.
